Group shaping $3M public safety plan around Broadway Crisis Center’s 2027 opening
A Seattle advisory group is planning how to spend $3 million in King County mitigation funds around a new crisis care center opening on Capitol Hill in 2027. The Seattle Community Advisory Group, formed after City Hall’s conditional approval of the facility, will vote in December on allocating the money for neighborhood safety and services. This Capitol Hill–specific planning has minimal direct impact on Maple Valley residents.
